How do I pay by money order?
 When paying by money order, we are able to ship all in-stock items as soon as payment arrives. For special order items, we will not be able to begin processing your order until your payment is received.

What is your return policy?
 Returns will be accepted within 30 days for store credit or exchange ONLY on all items except special orders, lighting, sale items, polycarbonate items and glassware/dinnerware/cutlery sets (single place settings are suggested before a large purchase is made.) THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDERS, SALE/CLEARANCE or DISCONTINUED ITEMS,LIGHTING, POLYCARBONATE ITEMS, and GLASSWARE/DINNERWARE/CUTLERY SETS. THESE ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE. Store credit and exchanges are allowed with receipt and original, intact packaging only. Please be certain to return your purchase in original exterior box, well packed and insured for the full amount. Additional packaging may be necessary. All credited returns or exchanges must be in original, unused condition. A restocking fee may apply to any order not received in good condition. Return shipping, payment for return shipping, and any subsequent damages from return shipping are responsibility of the purchaser. Please call 1-702-616-9280 for a return authorization. All special orders and sale items are considered non-refundable.
A refusal of shipment is billable for both return and original shipping costs, as well as a 15% restocking fee. Actual shipment cost is based upon freight billing incurred by unicahome.
Important: Upon placement of order, please check your confirmation email immediately to insure "ship to" address is correct. Should the address be incorrect, please contact Unicahome immediately. Once a package has been shipped, there will be a $15 redirect charge should the address need to be changed while in transit. Shipping costs from Unicahome will not be refunded or credited under any circumstances. Any purchases/exchanges due to returns are not covered under the free shipping offer. All costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated. Credits are good for a period of 12 months following issuance.
Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 10 days of package arrival. Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt as no claims can be made after 10 days. (note: if you are purchasing a lighting fixture that is being installed a few months down the road, test it when it arrives, not when it's being installed! The 10 day window will have long expired.)
During the checkout process, there is a checkbox labeled "I have read and agree with the Unicahome return policy." By checking this checkbox you are authorizing Unicahome to charge the credit card supplied during the checkout process under the above stipulations. |

How are special orders handled?
 Special orders are defined as any product not normally stocked by Unicahome. Special orders with lengthy delivery times generally require a non-refundable 50% retail price deposit. Certain items drop shipped from the manufacturer directly to the client require full payment up front. Large dinnerware and cutlery orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Cancellation of a special order must be done within 2 work days of confirmation of the order to avoid complete forfeiture of deposit or payment. NO CANCELLATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOLLOWING THIS 2-DAY WAITING PERIOD. The 2-day wait period may be waived for express orders. Special order items may require the completion of a written sales agreement. Unicahome will not be held responsible for any loss, delay, damage or cost involved with any delay associated with product shipment or delivery. Unicahome makes no implicit guarantee of delivery date or arrival times for special order purchases. Some items may be out of stock and an extended period of time may be necessary for restocking. Some delays are due to manufacturing delays, others are due to increased security at our ports. We appreciate your understanding and will consistently do our best to assure speedy delivery of your special order. Unicahome reserves the right to cancel any order after it has been placed. Please contact unicahome for more information in regard to specific items. We are happy to provide guidance with product choice. |

Can I have my items gift wrapped?
 Gift wrapping is available on most orders with purchase of a gift card. When ordering online, please use the field labeled "Special Instructions" in the "Shipping Information" section of the order form to specify exactly which items you would like to have gift-wrapped. |

What is your shipping policy?
 All orders are shipped FEDEX ground unless otherwise specified. In stock orders received Sun-Thurs are shipped within 24-48 hours; exception: US Mail. Express shipments can be quoted for overnight, 2-Day or 3-Day shipping. Orders needing express shipping quotes must be placed by 12PM PST in order to process that same day. Certain items drop shipped from manufacturer may have an earlier cutoff time. Please call us (if possible) to be certain of a rush status and make a note on your order form. We will quote shipping ASAP. Express shipments placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday will be quoted the following Monday. Express packages do NOT ship out on Saturdays. Please note that Federal Express Ground does not deliver on Saturday. Express shipments can be delivered on Saturday, however, customers need to specify Saturday Delivery with an additional charge. Saturday deliveries can ONLY be specified/charged as overnight delivery shipped on friday. Assume express shipping delivery requests DO NOT include weekend days. For example, a 2-DAY delivery leaving Friday will be delivered on Tuesday. Freight items (sofas, etc) usually take additional time for delivery. see the FAQ on delivery times for additional information.

How do I get free shipping?
 Free shipping is available on most continental US orders over $100. Some items such as furniture and oversize items may require additional shipping and are exempt from this policy. sale and clearance items do not have free shipping unless otherwise noted. To see if an item requires additional shipping, please read the description of the item, which will indicate if additional shipping cost is required. The free shipping offer is not applicable to any discount offers on dinnerware, glassware, etc. unless specified. Returns and Exchanges are not covered under the free shipping offer. assume $15-$20 shipping for each service for 4 in dinnerware. We do not overcharge for shipping and there are no handling fees. Free shipping is for Fed Ex Ground delivery only. All expedited orders and freighted items, such as large chairs and sofas, will be quoted shipping before the transaction is finalized. |

How do I search the online catalog?
 The product search utility is very easy to use. You may search for a single word or a phrase. If your search results in too many matches than you expected, try narrowing your search with a phrase. Also, you may advance your search with the operators "AND", "OR", and "NEAR".
The "NEAR" operator is very useful when you want to search for something specific, for example, a stainless steel wastebasket. Simply type your search phrase as "stainless NEAR wastebasket", rather than "stainless wastebasket". The search results will return more matches that way.

Can I ship an item directly to a registrant on the gift registry?
 Yes, you can ship an item directly to a registrant on the gift registry under the following conditions:
- The registrant has put a shipping address on file with us (this is optional for any registrant) indicated by a "Yes" in the Direct Ship field on the Registry
- The order you are placing contains only gift registry items for one gift registry
If you would like to ship a gift directly to a registrant, but would also like to order items for yourself, then please separate your items into different orders. Otherwise, the direct ship option will not be available on the order form during the checkout process.

 No. Maybe you are not sure and do not want to make your decisions all at once. You can add, delete or update your registry items at any time by signing into "Your Account". |

 We make every effort to keep track of purchases against your registry. However, it is possible that your family and friends can make a purchase for an item found on our site, but not from the designated Gift Registry page. Family and friends can be assured they are making a gift registry purchase if they see the icon in their shopping cart next to the item. |

What about international orders?
 International orders take longer to process due to required bank authorization. THERE IS A $100 MINIMUM ON ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. Using American Express or wire transfer can speed the process. All shipping charges are quoted before shipment of the merchandise. Unicahome requests approval from the customers before charges are made to the credit card. All customs and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your customs office for possible charges. We ship only by air due to tracking requirements and less possibility of damage. Air charges are based on dimensional weight, rather than physical weight, therefore all orders need to be ready for shipment before a freight quote can be given. |

 Shipping is quoted and approved before an order is sent. Due to the high incidence of damage and loss, unicahome is no longer using the US Postal Service. We are currently using other carriers to track and properly insure our packages, making sure they get to you in top condition. |

CHRISTMAS PURCHASES & RETURN POLICIES????
 After 12/11 it is STRONGLY SUGGESTED that items be shipped 3-day everywhere due to high shipping volume, especially to the eastern half of the U.S.. After 12/19, orders for Christmas will only be accepted as express shipments. Orders must be noted as express at this time in order to be shipped during this time to allow suitable delivery time. These shipments are charged based on dimensional weight. Please supply a suitable contact phone number to approve shipping costs. The free shipment offer is not valid for express shipments. Note: SATURDAY EXPRESS DELIVERY MUST BE NOTED ON SHIPPING NOTES.
3-day delivery closes at 12 noon PST on 12/19; 2nd day delivery closes at 12 noon PST on 12/20; Overnight delivery closes at 12 noon PST on 12/21. Unicahome cannot be held responsible for any delays or late shipments. We may not be able to gift wrap for express shipments due to time constraints for shipping. FEDEX does not offer guaranteed delivery dates/times during Christmas, and packages may get lost and/or damaged in transit. We therefore also cannot guarantee delivery times. What is your cancellation policy for drop shipments?
 There is a 15% cancellation fee for drop shipments directly from the manufacturer. This charge is effective once an order is processed and the manufacturer is notified. The customer will be notified of stock status on all direct shipments and no shipment will be backordered unless approval is given by the customer. Unicahome can not responsible for any delays, shortages, or errors by the manufacturer, and we will do our best to see that the customer receives the most reliable service possible. |

How are "Delivery Times" determined?
 "Delivery Time" is an estimate of time needed to receive your item if you live in the continental United States. A delivery time of "Quick" usually means that the item is in stock and can be ordered for faster delivery (overnight, 2nd day, or 3-day) if necessary. All delivery times are estimates for fed ex ground delivery. A 12-16 week delivery time usually means that the item must be ordered (or is currently on order) from overseas and there are additional factors that may cause delay with the shipment, such as factory delays and customs clearance. These are usually built into the estimated delivery time. NOTE: oversize items (sofas, etc) will need to go airfreight for 1-2 week delivery at a substantial upcharge. A usual delivery window for freight items is 1-4 weeks if in stock for immediate delivery, with shipments to the Southern California area being fastest. |

How do I report damaged shipments?

Fedex usually requires an inspection in the event of damage so please hold onto all packing materials and the item until further notice.
